Job Overview
As a Senior Project Engineer at RAM Construction, you will play an integral role in supporting the project manager and project team with essential project documentation, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision. The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking and prioritizing tasks from preconstruction through project completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with on-site management to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and proactively mitigate potential project risks.
- Maintain and evaluate daily superintendent reports.
- Ensure the project plan stays on track to meet deadlines.
- Assist the Project Manager with material procurement, tracking RFI's, submittals, and other tasks as needed.
- Support the project bidding process.
- Process change orders for owners and subcontractors.
- Organize and facilitate weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Mentor and train other RAM employees while leading by example.
- Continuously seek improvements in RAM Construction processes.
