">We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Belton, SC. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, and other essential components for the standard duty gearing product lines manufactured in the facility.

- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, and other essential components ">
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new and enhanced product designs and new equipment through the CAPEX process ">
- Provide hands-on support to operators and assemblers within the production process ">
- Maintain accurate work instructions, routings, and BOMs ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering ">
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a similar environment ">
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software ">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ">
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment ">
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred ">
Preferred Qualifications
">We prefer candidates with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
