Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking foundation repair services across South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee. You’ll help customers by answering questions, setting up appointments for our consultants, and ensuring efficient scheduling using tools like Google Maps. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from potential and current customers
  • Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and instant messages
  • Schedule foundation repair consultations using company software
  • Use Google Maps to plan efficient routes and minimize travel time
  • Communicate with consultants and update their schedules as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and making customer folders
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of scheduled appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with typing and using a computer
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly – training is provided
  • Basic knowledge of using Google Maps
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
