Job Requirements:
- Sales experience required (preferably in home services or construction).
- Ability to dig footers and crawl through crawlspaces for property inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A passion for solving customer problems and providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential properties to identify foundation issues.
- Provide detailed repair recommendations and solutions tailored to the homeowner’s needs.
- Present and explain the benefits of our foundation repair services in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Perform physical tasks, such as digging footers and inspecting crawlspaces, to assess foundation conditions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, appointments, and customer interactions.
