Responsibilities
- One-on-one contact with clients to provide evaluations of potential foundation settlement.
- Review and prepare bid paperwork for both residential and commercial clients within specified deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and organize work orders, material orders, meet company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software, copier and iPad is highly desirable.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and solutions.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Foundation and/or construction experience helpful.
- Knowledge of types of foundation, repair, equipment and materials helpful
