Key Responsibilities:
Corporate-Level Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow Ram Jack's brand visibility, reputation, and market share.
- Establish annual S.M.A.R.T. marketing objectives that align with corporate growth goals.
- Collaborate with departments to align marketing efforts with product innovation, franchise operations, and overall business strategies.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners through regular check-ins, offering tools, strategies, and guidance to help grow their businesses.
- Manage the corporate website and localized franchise pages to generate high-quality leads while ensuring consistency and performance.
- Drive rapid growth in corporate-owned territories by collaborating with external marketing agencies and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta to maximize lead generation and ROI.
- Develop educational content and resources to position Ram Jack as an authority in foundation repair and engineering solutions.
- Lead initiatives to grow commercial sales and expand into new markets, including seismic underpinning and retrofitting on the West Coast.
- Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and property management companies, creating tailored campaigns and technical resources.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, informative content, including website copy, case studies, educational articles, and event materials.
- Maintain Ram Jack’s distinct brand voice, emphasizing expertise, quality, and trust.
- Plan and execute marketing efforts for events and conferences, ensuring alignment with brand growth goals.
- Support lead generation and relationship-building at industry events with tailored materials and campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and franchise support initiatives using analytics tools.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Website Management: Oversee the corporate WordPress site, including franchise-specific pages. Oversee internal Wordpress franchise website. Manage hosting, plugins, security updates, and the integrated Learning Management System (LMS) for franchise training and resources.
- Analytics and Data Management: Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google BigQuery, WhatConverts, and Google Sheets to track website traffic, audience behavior, lead performance, and ROI. Develop dashboards and data-driven reports for decision-making.
- Advertising Platforms: Manage and analyze performance for paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta with a focus on lead generation and ROI optimization.
- Email Marketing and Automation: Execute campaigns via platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp, creating welcome sequences, follow-ups, and engagement campaigns tailored to audience segments.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush or Ubersuggest. Develop content strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on WordPress developments, analytics trends, and new marketing tools. Provide training and resources to franchisees to ensure effective use of corporate marketing systems.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably within a multi-location or franchise-based industry.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and lead generation, with strong technical proficiency in website management and analytics tools.
