Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, direct, and assist the consumer as indicated.
- Responsible for the scheduling of all sales appointments.
- Update the CRM with all current data.
- Follow up with missing details in the CRM.
- Track trends within the CRM for areas in need of attention.
- Maintaining all Project Mangers/Outside sales staffs' calendars.
- Receives and/or generates all documentation prior to scheduling appointments; reviewing paperwork for accuracy when appointments are completed.
- Other office duties as directed or required in the best interest of the Company.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Computer skills; CRM data entry; generate and report out data.
