The crew lead works hands on, alongside their crew while overseeing the overall progress of the project. They will work to complete the project within the given timeframe and budget, resolve contract disputes when necessary, and arrange any needed changes. The crew lead will be responsible for the communication and satisfaction of the homeowner through the duration of the job. They are also responsible for their crew, the truck and equipment, and the overall presentation of Spartan Ram Jack and our services. This position comes with a hourly pay of $24.00 to $30.00 depending on experience.

- Foundation Repair (underpinning foundations by installing steel piers, stabilizing basement walls, crack injections, carbon fiber)
- Water Management (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage systems, crack injections)

Must Haves:
- Construction experience.
- Machine Operating abilities
- Experience managing a crew/team.
- Self-motivated team player with the physically capable to handle the workload.
- Be able to take and give direction effectively to complete the task at hand.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- 3 years foundation repair experience
- This position comes with a hourly pay of $26.00 to $35.00 depending on experience.
- Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $10.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
- 90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
