Responsibilities
- Duties required such as hauling various materials, mixing concrete, digging, jack hammering, operation of a zip level, laser level, use of numerous hand tools, hydraulic and mechanical foundation repair equipment, loading, unloading materials, and any other tasks assigned by the Production Crew Team Leader.
- This is a physical position requiring heavy lifting, digging, equipment preparation, preparing and stocking of materials for each job; Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; ability to adjust to seasonal temperatures
- Two years in the foundation/construction field is preferable but will consider the hands-on experience in other related fields
- Ability to operate small tools and machinery
- Must have valid Driver's License; Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day.
- Must pass CORI and pre-employment physical and drug test
- Mass DOT card preferred.
- OSHA card preferred
- Hydraulics license is a plus

- Position will be hourly based on qualifications and experience.
