Job Description
A Partner Program specialist’s job is to manage the authorizations of customer relationships within an authorized B2B sales channel, including coordinating incoming distribution sales reports, communicating NPI’s partner policy, identifying MAP and counterfeit violations, and escalating necessary enforcement actions. This role requires collaborating directly with the stakeholders to analyze processes and tailor them to the needs of the company and its users. This role requires strong familiarity with Excel for data manipulation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Counterfeit and IP Reporting
- Enforce intellectual property infringements (counterfeit, copyright, trademark, & patent)
- Develop analytical and real-world insights aimed at finding suspected counterfeit items
- Maintain database for grey market activity and counterfeit investigations
Policy Enforcement
Monitor and investigate unauthorized RAM Mounts listings across all 3rd party platforms for enforcement actionsEnforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies with authorized resellersCoordinate data entry and maintenance of partner sell-through and inventory reportsprocess and improve communication and subscription to RAM Mounts USA’s Unauthorized Seller List with distribution partnersReview, audit and approve Authorized Resale Partner ApplicationsMaintain weekly cadence reports for distribution partners and enforcement updates with RAM Mounts USA E-Commerce teamsData Analysis and Reporting
Present weekly reports of MAP findings (counterfeit reporting, test buys, etc.) in dept meetingsDirect pricing and MAP inquiries through the established dealer and distribution networkOperations
Proactively seek out and identify needed program changes, identifying and documenting new processes or changesCoach NPI users on authorized partner policy updatesProvide sales enablement communications to customers on pricing and incentive programsSkills and Specifications :
