Position Description
The Field Service Representative (FSR) will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. The FSR is responsible for promoting Ram Products and providing products and services to customers in a designated area.
What can I expect in my role as an FSR?
- Account Service: servicing existing accounts to grow revenue, develop relationships, expand product line, and demonstrate products.
- Administrative Duties: operating within the ERP and CRM systems as well as accurately bill, restock and maintain inventory levels of our products.
- Product Knowledge and Business Development: develop a working knowledge of general product categories through training and on-the-job experience.
- Understanding: understand each customers needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- Deliver: deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Service: conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.

Youll also need:

- A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
- To be able to lift 25-50 pounds on customer calls.
- To be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.
