Attention all Admissions and Marketing professionals! A premier Nursing Home in your area is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and driven individual to join our team as an Admissions and Marketing Director.
As the Admissions and Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in attracting new residents and promoting our Nursing Home in the community. You will work closely with the admissions and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our facility and the quality of care we provide.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new residents and promote the Nursing Home in the community
- Conducting tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families
- Assisting with the admission process, including collecting and analyzing information about potential residents and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers
- Assisting with the planning and execution of community outreach events and educational programs
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for serving seniors and a commitment to promoting the well-being of those in our care
- Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
