In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of caregivers, while ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Overseeing employee benefits programs
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Implementing training and development programs for staff members
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team
