Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of nursing staff during the night shift

Responsibilities:
