About the Role

We are seeking a Field Representative to serve as the face of Ram’s Head Roofing in our local communities. This role is ideal for a motivated, outgoing individual passionate about community engagement, relationship-building, and providing top-notch service to our clients. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for creating connections with community leaders, business owners, and residents. Your goal will be to build awareness of Ram’s Head’s mission and services by developing a network of referrals and future clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Actively participate in local events, networking groups, and volunteer opportunities as a representative of Ram’s Head. Build genuine relationships that foster trust within the community.
• Customer Relationship Building: Identify customer needs through meaningful conversations, offer solutions for home exterior improvement, and position Ram’s Head as the go-to contractor in the area.
• Sales Funnel Development: Generate new leads through networking, community involvement, and occasional door-knocking, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients for Ram’s Head’s sales team.
• Roof Inspections: Conduct basic roof inspections as needed, and work closely with our roofing specialists to provide accurate, reliable service recommendations.
• Customer Education: Provide insights on our full suite of services, including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and painting, ensuring clients understand the value Ram’s Head brings to every project.
