Job Foreman

Job Summary
The Job Foreman is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks including tree trimming, and rope handling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess skills in equipment operation, ensuring that all grounds are kept in excellent condition.

The Job Foreman will be responsible for monitoring quality from the ground crew. Ideal candidate will be able to critique ground crew to ensure maximum efficiency.

Duties

• Perform routine tree removals, assist in rigging of hazardous removals, tree trimming and clean up of job sites
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
• Utilize equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to, mini skids & chainsaws
• Operate company trucks and trailers safely and efficiently for tree care and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is required.
• Knowledge of tree removal, and tree trimming practices is required.
• Ability to operate a dump truck or rig safely; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions is essential.
• A valid driver's license is required depending on job responsibilities.
