What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf?
***********4 to 5 Hours day*********
The Ramada is looking for maintenance staff!. The positions are part time, and weekends are a must!! Qualified candidates should have some experience in home repair, as well as excellent customer service skills! Pool experience, or HVAC experience are a plus!
Regular job duties include, but are not limited to:
*Maintaining chemical balance in pool/spa
*Ensuring grounds are clean, and safe (ex. picking up trash, shoveling snow in the winter) *Finishing touches of remodels (texture, paint, etc)
*Maintaining appliances throughout the hotel

Responsibilities and Duties
Other key duties include:
- Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
- Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
- Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
- Report major repair needs to the General Manager
- Assist in setup/cleanup of meeting rooms
- Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed, such as collecting/delivering dirty linen to laundry, assisting with laundry or housekeeping as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- On call
