Housekeeping

Ramada by Wyndham Draper is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall maintenance of guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment will help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Ensure all public areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, are kept clean and tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items in rooms or public areas.
• Follow health and safety standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Restock supplies, including towels, linens, and cleaning products, and ensure all areas are fully stocked.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the housekeeping cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in working order.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to any additional requests or inquiries.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
