Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
- Conduct repairs on electrical and mechanical systems as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment for events and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the property.

Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and guests.
