Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or information requests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Skills
