Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within safety guidelines.
- Operate tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance facilities maintenance processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise projects and guide team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
- Experience with facilities maintenance best practices is a plus.
