Full Job Description
Summary
Our hotel is looking for a diligent Breakfast Attendant to help serve our guests. In this position, you are responsible for stocking the breakfast bar every morning before service starts. You also make sure that we do not run out of any items. You will be in charge of food preparation, you should understand basic food handling procedures, as you act as a food server and cook. We also need someone with cleaning experience, as you will be responsible for cleaning and mopping up after breakfast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Breakfast hours are 6:30am-12 Noon or 12:30. Wednesday through Sunday , Were looking for a motivated addition to our great team
Set up and break down the breakfast bar
Keep the bar stocked throughout service
Keep the bar and dining area clean
Mop the breakfast facilities
Provide service to guests while they dine
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
Foodservice experience
Strong customer service skills
Physical stamina to stay active during your shift
Must have a Food Handlers License or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
