Job Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, checking-in and checking-out guests efficiently, and handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. You will also be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and enjoyable guest experiences. Additionally, you will assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints, escalating to management when necessary, and follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service or hospitality, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, are also required.
