- Develop and execute comprehensive kitchen strategies, aligning with the hotel's vision and standards.

- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to drive menu development, cost control, and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Ramada Plaza brand standards.
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, employee performance, and safety protocols.
- Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new kitchen staff, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
