We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at the Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront. - Develop and implement strategic plans for menu engineering, cost control, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of talented chefs and cooks, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitoring kitchen operations, and implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements:
