Ramada Tropics Convention / Waterpark Hotel in Urbandale, IA is seeking experienced Maintenance Team Members to perform maintenance of the Hotel and Property.
This is a working maintenance position .This candidate must possess a high level of diagnostic and troubleshooting knowledge in all aspects of building operations. Efficient in all areas of technical trades such as construction, electrical, plumbing, experience in drywall, wall papering, painting tile repair and replacement. Equipment maintenance such as washer & dryers, water heaters, swimming pool upkeep and restaurant equipment is preferred.
