Responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, Repairing equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical as well as painting. On call for emergency repairs and maintaining accurate documentations of work competitions. Other responsible is every morning checking the exterior of the property.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
