ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule : In this full-time role, we offer flexibility for occasional networking events and community outreach activities.
As Our Dentistry Patient Relations Associate, your day kicks off with warm greetings and assisting patients with receptionist duties, making them feel right at home. As the day unfolds, you coordinate treatment plans, ensuring a seamless, multidisciplinary care experience. In between patient interactions, you dive into marketing outreach-connecting with local partners, attending community events, and managing referral networks. Every task is supported by technology that makes your day smoother and more productive.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- Experience within the dental industry
- A love for building relationships and making meaningful connections
- Outgoing and creative personality with strong leadership skills
- Comfortable with technology and open to using it daily in the business
- Accounting experience
