We also provide a healthy work-life balance! This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday/Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday/Friday every other week.

In your role as the Patient Treatment Coordinator - Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heart of our practice's front desk operations. Your day will involve greeting patients with a warm smile, efficiently managing appointment schedules, and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly from the moment the first patient arrives until the last one leaves. You'll ensure superior customer service with every interaction, manage the practice's flow with precision, and tackle any challenges with effective solutions. Your role will involve overseeing practice collections and production, ensuring that every patient's experience is smooth and positive. You'll make sure that our patients receive the comprehensive care they deserve, and you'll be the guiding hand that helps them navigate their treatment plans, always with a focus on transforming their oral health and their lives!
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Proficiency with Dentrix software and having social media experience is a plus!
