Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise all F&B departments at course
Quality assurance, customer service and training of all employees
Hires, supervises and develops all catering and pub employees
Conduct training and refresher courses for all F&B personnel
Maintain cost controls and conducting a monthly inventory
Keep in mind the financial goals of club and plan accordingly
Coordinate and attend all BEO (Banquet Event Operations) meetings in order to insure a smooth flow between the sales staff, kitchen, and yourself
Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues
Plan and coordinate special events and functions
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of related F&B management
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Knowledge of pertinent heath regulations and liquor laws
Must have proven management experience
Must have strong business aptitude
Must have strong service orientation
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
Working Conditions:
Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 60 lbs. occasionally
Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
Work weekends and holidays
Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
