Position Overview

Now Hiring: Production Workers at Rambo Cedar Valley!

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend work required during peak season (March-May).

Salary: $14–$15 per hour

Location: Cedartown, Georgia

Job Summary:

Join our production team and help move products from the production line to the greenhouses. Your role is essential in ensuring plants are properly processed, transported, and organized for optimal growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and ensure the functionality of soil mixers.
• Unload planted containers from transport carts and return carts to the production area.
• Place UPC stickers and tags on containers as needed.
• Transport carts of planted containers to greenhouses or fields.
• Ensure proper transplantation of plugs.
• Assist with adjusting or moving machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, disposing of trash properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior warehouse or production experience (preferred).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to work with diverse personalities.

Pay Range

Salary : $14 - $15
