We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Customer Service & Community Relations Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, supporting service operations on-site, and acting as a positive face of our organization in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to clients and staff at various service locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Assist with check-ins, answering questions, and resolving issues with professionalism
Support team operations and ensure services run smoothly each day
Drive to assigned locations (via our van) on time and maintain a reliable presence throughout the shift
Represent our brand and mission with a positive, caring attitude
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
Familiarity with community services or education/health-related fields is a plus
