Your New Role
As our new Air Quality Consultant you will be part of the Air & Climate Group, which is part of Ramboll's Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Ramboll's clients with their most challenging problems. The Air & Climate Group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, climateaction planning,climateadaptation/resiliency,sustainability initiatives,permitting, and compliance.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sources
- Conducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersion
- Performing statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality data
- Analyzing pollution control measures
- Conducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysis
- Preparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reports
- Conducting air quality and greenhouse gas analyses under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
- Working as a team to contribute technical skills on complex projects
- Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations
