Your new role

As our new Technician - Architectural Design, you will work directly with the architectural design team in developing project deliverables . You will be part of the Architectural and Structural Engineering Department in the US.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Work effectively in teams comprised of professionals with diverse skill sets, including engineers from other disciplines, scientists and subcontracted professionals.

• Plan and design portions of projects of greater complexity, following design, construction, appropriate engineering and building codes, and government standards using design software and drawing tools

• Function as BIM/ CAD Coordinator on various projects if assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 3 years of relevant experience; or

• Associates Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology and 5 years of relevant experience;

Thorough knowledge within architectural core competencies such as: programming; schematic design; code research; design development; construction document development; specifications & materials research; document checking & coordination, building systems coordination, building cost analysis and construction phase procedure.
