Tasks and Responsibilities
- Document Control including managing receipts and transmission of project documents checking documents for compliance with standard procedures processing request for information (RFIs) and processing / tracking drawing submittals.
- Attend project meetings for documentation of action items and developing minutes.
- Project control assistance including purchase orders contract and subcontract change orders and Field work directives.
- Coordinate / Track shipping of materials and equipment to site
- Assist in the development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for project meetings.
- Setup and coordinate project meetings
