Description
The Material Handler in Receiving ensures orderly loading and unloading of overseas material and subcons, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and moving product to designated stocking areas/racks.
Essential Functions
- Process Put Aways and Production orders using an RF Scanner/computer
- Use various machinery to complete tasks = Drexels, sit downs, cherry picker, scissor lift etc.…
- Match labels/paperwork on product to Subocon/Overseas paperwork
- Label product from subcons and overseas containers, etc..
- Use Pick sheets to ensure the correct product is being pulled/putaway
- Use paperwork to ensure the correct product is being loaded/unloaded
- Coordinating with Supervisors or Leads to ensure the correct orders are being loaded/unloaded or the correct product is being moved.
- Coordinate communication with truck drivers on the dock
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Proficient on a Tow Motor, Drexel, and Cherry picker
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Basic math
- Basic computer
- Use of RF Guns
- Required to sit/stand for extended periods
- Must have ability to read and write instructions
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands
