We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, boosting brand awareness, and increasing brand reach.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Efficiently answer incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Quotation Generation: Prepare and provide detailed customer quotations, highlighting product features and benefits.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.
