Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Strategist to invigorate our online presence. You will be key in establishing a lively and authentic brand voice, expanding our audience, and nurturing genuine connections with our followers.

In this role, you will take charge of our social media strategy, content creation, and community interaction. This contract position offers flexibility and the chance to work independently, while also contributing to an innovative company.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Strategy Development :

Define and maintain our unique brand voice and style.

  • Craft a compelling content strategy that resonates with our audience.
  • Post Planning :

    • Create a detailed monthly content calendar to schedule posts across platforms.

  • Content Creation :

    • Produce captivating content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand strategy.

  • Work closely with our team to brainstorm ideas and showcase our products effectively.
  • Community Engagement :

    • Respond to comments and messages proactively to foster relationships with followers.

  • Influencer Outreach :

    • Identify and build connections with influencers for gifting initiatives.

  • Establish lasting partnerships with brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborations :

    • Seek out brands for co-branded campaign opportunities.

  • KPI Reporting :

    • Monitor social media analytics and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

    Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
  • Strong familiarity with core platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Creative content production skills, including photo / video editing and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    • A passion for ramen is a plus!

    • Contract Terms :

  • Hourly Rate : $25-30 / hour, based on experience. Alternatively, compensation may be project-based.
  • Expected Hours : Approximately 10-20 hours per week (flexible depending on workload).
  • Duration : Initially month-to-month, with the possibility for long-term collaboration.
  • Location : Hybrid, mostly remote, but must be able to meet occasionally in the Bay Area in California.
