POSITION: Kitchen Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor will support the General Manager/Owner in achieving high standards of service and accomplishing restaurant goals while ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained. They will handle day to day quality control and employee supervision with professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Maintain Quality and Standards While Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective planning, leadership, people development, and succession planning
- Assist and being point of contact for General Manager/Owner during business operation
- Demonstrates professional behavior towards staff and customers
- Uphold and coach all Food Safety standards and maintain a healthy work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This role offers flexible hours and requires availability during weekends
- Part Time and Full Time available
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
- Previous Kitchen experience NOT REQUIRED
- Show ability to drive positive results and understand general standard operating procedures
- General cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Minimum Age – 21 years of age
Job Type: Part Time and Full Time
Pay: $21 - $25 per hour
