What is the job? : As a General Manager, you will lead and inspire our team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive dining experience for our guests. Utilizing your leadership skills and operational expertise, you will drive performance, ensure high standards of quality, and cultivate a culture of excellence that enhances both guest satisfaction and team engagement.
Financial Management : Analyze weekly financial reports, forecast sales, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Manage budgets, labor costs, and develop strategies to enhance revenue through promotions and events.
Administrative Duties : Manage time punches and payroll, departmental communication, and timely administrative paperwork. Contribute marketing ideas to attract and retain customers while ensuring vendor orders are fulfilled promptly.
People Management : Lead the onboarding and training of staff, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of feedback and growth. Conduct regular check-ins and provide conflict resolution training.
Quality, Service, and Cleanliness : Set high standards for food quality and presentation, conduct quality audits, and maintain inventory management systems. Ensure cleanliness throughout the establishment and actively engage with guests to monitor satisfaction.
Leadership and Professionalism : Conduct performance evaluations, communicate daily goals, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Champion staff development and lead by example in demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
Comps and Voids : Manage and authorize comps and voids as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Labor and Sales Reports : Review labor and sales reports to determine staffing needs and adjust labor levels for each shift.
Requirements : Requirements :
Must be 18 years old.
Valid food managers and TABC certificates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of standing and navigating the kitchen environment.
