Job Description
- Perform duties in the optical department and provide good customer experience
- Manage product inventory and report discrepancies immediately
- Learn NextGen Optical Management software and perform routine tasks
- Assist with marketing plans within the Optical Department

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to actively engage patients
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of vision insurance (EYEMED, VSP, MES & Spectera)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Management or leadership skills a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time employees earn a competitive hourly wage of $24-$32 per hour, along with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a profit-sharing plan.
