General Job Summary -
The Customer Service Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, accurate accounts receivables management, and efficient garments processing. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and delivery schedules to customers.
Accounts Receivables:
- Process and manage customer invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivables aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivables transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Daily bank deposits.
Garments Processing:
- Oversee the sorting, tagging, and inspection of garments for quality control.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of garments throughout the processing cycle.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivables, or garments processing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
