JOB SUMMARY | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Ramo Law is a rapidly growing high profile entertainment law firm led by diverse and prolific management. The firm is seeking a talented individual who wants to contribute to a growing and successful law firm with administrative support. We are seeking a self-sufficient individual who has the initiative and desire to support a law firm that is at the center of film and television deal making. Executive Assistant will be supporting the Managing Partner in all administrative aspects in high profile entertainment transactions.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative coverage. (calls, schedule, travel arrangements)
- Coordinates, oversees, and leads planning and execution of special events.
- Arrange and submit attorney CLEs and compliance.
- Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, as needed.
- Schedule calls and meetings with clients and opposing counsel and all office.
- Provide support for marketing events, speaking engagements, etc.
- Offers paralegal / law clerk support to include :
- Pulling precedent files.
- Working directly on legal closings including obtaining signatures, preparing closing files and listening in on closing calls to take notes and help with action items.
- Draft cover letters.
- Communicates directly with clients on scheduling items.
- Format and / or redline documents.
- Work with other team assistant
- Attends all team-related meetings.
- Creates a strategy and system to implement an efficient workday.
- Monitors and prompts all calendared events during business day.
- Maintains a positive attitude and is first in line to handle calls, internal requests.
- Helps with coordination of personal activities, schedule, and calendar.
