We are seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and groundskeeping, along with the mechanical knowledge to operate various tools and equipment effectively.
Duties
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns
- Perform mulching, weeding, and general landscape maintenance
- Apply fertilizers and weed control products as needed
- Clean up job sites and dispose of lawn debris properly
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients professionally
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads as required.
