We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The Social Worker will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and resources.
Duties
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide mental health counseling and psychotherapy to clients facing emotional or psychological challenges.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in acute distress.
- Facilitate support groups and therapeutic sessions for individuals dealing with addiction or behavioral issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available for clients in need.
Qualifications
- A degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, mental health counseling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
