STARTING PAY: $20.00/HR BONUS PAY
The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest services, selling products, and promoting products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company's store standards and expectations .

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service and automotive sales experience
Test drive, diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications
Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers, as needed
Stay current on technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of changing automotive technology
Maintain an organized, neat and safe bay
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Manager is helpful, but not required
Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
Possess valid CA driver's license, or obtain a valid CA driver's license within 30 days of hire date
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
