Secondary Special Education Teacher (Mild / Mod) recruitment pool for the 2024-2025 school year. School site assignment will be determined upon staffing changes and student enrollment.

7,500 signing bonus (3 installments)

Requirements / Qualifications

SIGNING BONUS : The District has established a $7,500 signing bonus for Special Education Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. School site assignment will be determined upon staffing changes and student enrollment.

RUSD accept all years of verified teaching experience for salary placement.

Minimum Qualifications :

Valid California - Educational Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild / Moderate Disabilities or Specialist Instruction Credential in Special Education - Learning Handicapped
Added Authorization - Autism
EL Authorization

Employment in this position is contingent upon pre-employment clearances : Board Approval, Department of Justice / FBI Clearance, Negative Tuberculosis Test, Pre-employment Physical Exam & Drug Screen, Child Abuse / Mandated Reporting Training (AB 1432), Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SB 1343), legal documentation verifying your identity and any license / certification required by this job description.
