About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ramp, you will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and ensure we provide a top-notch candidate experience from beginning to end. You’ll play a pivotal role within a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Ramp. You will leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while continuously exploring opportunities to continuously improve the Talent team's processes.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC or SF office 3 days/week
What You’ll Do
- Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams
- Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
- Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews
- Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation
What You’ll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
Nice to Haves
- Scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
- Experience with GSuite, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling software
- We currently use Ashby for our ATS and Modernloop for scheduling
- Team player with a high sense of urgency
