The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in phlebotomy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct biometric screenings including venous blood draws, finger sticks, blood pressure checks, and other health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant information.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professional team members to provide a comprehensive health screening experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to provide services at different sites within the designated area.
- Current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Standard per diem, PRN hourly rate based on your state of residence.
- Options to be a Team Lead may be assigned and includes an hourly differential when utilized as such.
- Paid training sessions, either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
