About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our client-facing teams and internal business operations. This entry-level, position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital health, client success, or operations at a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
You’ll work alongside experienced account management and operations leaders to deliver high-quality support across multiple clients and internal processes.
What You’ll Do
Client Operations & Platform Support
- Support the day-to-day operations of employer clients on Ramp Health’s wellbeing platform
- Assist with the setup, management, and tracking of digital wellness challenges, communications, and platform engagement
- Customize and prepare client-specific materials including email campaigns, program guides, and toolkits
- Work with internal teams to execute client requests, ensuring high-quality, timely follow-through
- Work closely with Account Managers to help deliver exceptional client experiences
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage internal shipping needs, order fulfillment, and supply inventory
- Provide scheduling, documentation, and logistical support to the operations team
- Help coordinate internal projects that support client delivery and operational efficiency
- Maintain an organized and collaborative office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/internship experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in learning tools like HubSpot, Monday, and Jira
- Team first positive attitude, team mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, or digital platforms is a big plus
